Return/Shipping Policy 

We strive to make every customer overjoyed to receive our packages, but unfortunately sometimes some things don’t fit and need to be returned. We want to make it as easy for you as we can! With that being said we must have some policies to keep everything in order!

  

  • NO REFUNDS! STORE CREDIT ONLY!! 

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. This is non-refundable. 

  • Please include the invoice you received in your return package. 

  • You have 10 days from shipped date to return an order. Please prepare a few days in advance for your package to get back to us by the 10 days. 

  • Items MUST be returned in original condition. No visible signs of wear or damage.

  • If returned items have any signs of wear or damage, you will not receive the credit and will be charged a shipping fee to have the item shipped back to you as we are no longer able to re-sell to a new customer.

  • Packages will ship out 3-5 business days after order is placed.

  • Once your package ships out, it is in the hands of the carrier and not our responsibility.  PLEASE make sure you give us the correct shipping address when you place your order!

  • Report lost packages to carrier immediately!!

  • All sales FINAL on SALE items.

  • Any credit issued will be valid for 6 months.

  • Credits are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
